DELIVERY

Each Lott Studio piece is handmade to your specifications in our Abbotsford studio. This means each piece is unique and will contain its own hand finish.

Pieces are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks but in some cases and during busy periods production may take a little longer.

If you require a piece urgently or by a specific date please email info@lottstudio.com.au before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. We will always do our best to get your piece to you in time.

INTERNATIONAL - Quoted based on destination

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3 – 7  working days. For Express Post please email customer service at: info@lottstudio.com.au For delivery within Australia, we use Australia Post.

Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
